Dear Fellow Homeowners, My name is Michelle Bradley, and I am excited to run for the Sky HOA Board.
We truly live in the best condominium location on the Las Vegas strip, with amazing views and amenities.
Our board plays an important role in protecting property values which includes maintaining beautiful common areas, ensuring association finances are managed properly and listening to all homeowners.
Professionally, I work as an Investigator for the State of Nevada bringing me exceptional knowledge in managing reports, data and attention to detail.
I have degrees in Accounting and Criminal Justice as well as a Board Leader Certificate from the Community Association Institute giving me knowledge in managing finances and balancing budgets.
In my personal time I enjoy volunteering for a search and rescue group and spending quality time with my family.
If elected, my priorities are board transparency with homeowners, dues are kept low and to encourage more homeowner engagement with the board.
I would love to see the Sky Social Committee brought back as well which would be great for getting to know our neighbors and utilizing the amenities we have such as the racquetball court, pool tables and theater room.
Serving on the board is an opportunity to give back to this community at Sky that I am proud to be a part of.
