HOA IS RAISING DUES TWICE THE INFLATION RATE IF THEY WIN THIS ELECTION!
The HOA is holding an illegal private meeting September 8 to discuss the budget knowing that the only way we can stop a dues increase is through an election. The MASTER HOA just voted in a 5% increase without public input as well.

It is time to put safety first. As you can see by this video, it only takes a second to get stabbed to death by a deranged and Satanic murderer. Our slate of candidates are willing to protect our building with armed security while irrational liberals like board members Brian Stone, Silvia Friefeld and David Sanders refuse to protect us!

There have been many dangerous incidents in and around our building including an attempted mass shooting last year in Turnberry Towers a block away. Safety first. An attack cannot and will not happen in our building. We have a plan to provide armed security as recommend by the Clark County Sheriff at no additional cost to you.
Trish Pytel recently was part of the management team that failed to manage and continues to be employed as the Assistant General Manager by the current HOA board with a recent 35% pay raise despite being completely unqualified and unlicensed to do her job! She recently failed to manage an internal contract for custodian services costing our owners $35,000 more to hire a different company. Making matters worse, she is demanding even MORE pay if she actually passes her license exam which she has not even started. Trish must be transferred to a different First Service run property asap!
The Master Board further proves it needs major reform and accountability. They are refusing to face us by holding a zoom only meeting despite our owners wanting answers on needless security costs and the recent bankruptcy of the commercial part of Sky seriously hurting our property values!

The current Sky Board led by Brian Stone (the most senior member) continues its unethical and illegal practices by refusing to release a list of filed candidates for the board before the electronic ballots were sent out Aug 15 to allow for a free and competitive campaign. Brian Stone and the rest of the current board are obviously disobeying every law they can in order to try and cling onto power. What are they trying to hide so earnestly?!
The Master Board is spending over $100,000 a year of our money for an extra security officer to guard empty storefronts of our building that have recently been repossessed by the bank! Of course our current Board has kept this from us!
Settlement to a law firm of an owner due to bad board decisions concerning a remodeling job of a unit. This is OUR $$$$$! Brian Stone and his buddies are responsible for this decision.
